The Department has made various improvements in services in line with government policy and the current needs of the customers. Throughout the year of 2016, various service improvement are planned to ensure the Immigration Department can always provide the best service to customers.

Therefore, a survey was conducted to get feedback from its clients and employees who deal with the Immigration Department. All the informations and answers given by respondents in relation to this study will be kept confidential. The informations obtained will be used for research only.
